  • LinkedIn Profile URL and Profile Content — provided by you in the profile setup form. We access the professional content associated with your profile (such as job titles, work history, skills, and education) to build your career profile and generate tailored application materials. We only process profile data you have explicitly authorized.
  • LinkedIn Search Keywords or Job URL — provided by you to identify target jobs.
  • Account Information — email address and account access information needed to operate your Vdar account.

2. How We Use Your Data

  • Your profile and job inputs are processed by Vdar and trusted service providers to analyze role fit and generate tailored application documents.
  • LinkedIn profile content (work history, skills, education, professional summary) is used exclusively for career profile building, job matching, and application document generation. It is never used for third-party marketing, data resale, or purposes unrelated to your job applications.
  • Generated documents (resume, cover letter, HR message) are made available to you through secure delivery and storage systems.
  • We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Data Retention

Vdar retains account, profile, application, and generated document information only for as long as needed to provide the service, support your account, meet legal obligations, and improve product reliability. You may request deletion of your account data at any time.

4. Service Providers

Vdar works with trusted service providers to operate the product. These providers may support functions such as account access, secure hosting, payment processing, workflow automation, document generation, file delivery, analytics, and customer support.

  • We only share information required for those providers to perform their services for Vdar.
  • We do not allow service providers to use your personal information for their own marketing.
