Terms of Service
Last updated: June 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Vdar, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Service Description
Vdar is an AI-powered platform that generates tailored job application documents — including resumes, cover letters, and HR messages — based on your profile and target job information. Documents are delivered through the product and related secure delivery channels.
3. User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide (LinkedIn URL, job URLs, search keywords).
- You agree not to use the service for fraudulent purposes or to misrepresent your qualifications.
- You are responsible for reviewing and editing generated documents before submitting them to employers.
4. Profile Data Authorization
By submitting a LinkedIn profile URL or any professional profile information to Vdar, you represent and warrant that:
- The profile you submit is your own, and you have the right to provide this information.
- You authorize Vdar and its service providers to access and process the professional content associated with that profile (such as job titles, work experience, skills, and education) for the sole purpose of generating your career profile and tailored job application materials.
- You will not submit another person’s profile, impersonate another individual, or use Vdar to collect or aggregate data about third parties.
- You understand that Vdar is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by LinkedIn or any other third-party platform referenced in the service.
Vdar processes profile data only as authorized by you and only for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy. You may withdraw authorization at any time by deleting your account.
5. AI-Generated Content
Documents generated by Vdar are created using artificial intelligence and should be treated as drafts. We do not guarantee that generated content is error-free or that it will result in job interviews or offers. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and using these documents.
6. Intellectual Property
Documents generated for you are yours to use as you see fit. The Vdar platform, its design, code, and branding remain the property of Scopedar.
7. Limitation of Liability
Vdar is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to lost opportunities, inaccuracies in generated documents, or service interruptions.
8. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia.
11. Third-Party Trademarks
Vdar may reference third-party platforms, employers, job boards, or professional networks only to identify source material or user inputs. Vdar is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by those third parties. All third-party trademarks referenced in this service remain the property of their respective owners.
