Cancel anytime. Refunds are reviewed with common sense.
Vdar should be useful while you need it and easy to leave when you do not. The policy is simple, but not a blanket refund promise.
Cancellation.
You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account or billing portal when subscription management is available. After cancellation, your plan remains active until the end of the current paid billing period. We do not want users to feel trapped.
What happens after cancellation.
You keep access to paid features through the billing period you already paid for. After that period ends, new paid generation may require an active subscription. Your existing account records are handled according to our Privacy Policy.
Refunds we are likely to review positively.
- You purchased recently, used no application credits, and contacted us quickly.
- You were charged twice for the same billing period.
- A system error prevented Vdar from delivering the service you paid for.
- Vdar failed to generate an application kit after reasonable troubleshooting.
Refunds are not automatic.
Because every generated kit has real processing cost, we do not offer unlimited refunds after credits have been used successfully. If something went wrong, contact us with the account email, charge details, and what happened. We will review the request fairly.
The short version.
Cancel anytime, keep access through the paid period, and ask for help if a billing or delivery issue happens. We want the policy to protect serious users without making the product financially unsustainable.
